Case Study

A Nigeria company needs a limestone production and require the productionis 500 tons per hour

Production Process

Firstly, large pieces of materials are transported to vibrating feeders by truck or excavator, then evenly transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder. The particle size will become 80-120 mm after crushing in the jaw crusher.

Secondly, taking into account the hardness of the broken material (limestone), we select two impact crushers as secondary crushing. Duo to high-capacity, high-yielding and standard product shape of our new crusher, it is widely used among our customers. We choose two PE1315 Model impact crushers as our secondary crushing equipments. PE1315 impact can break the processed material because its feeding size can up to 200mm.

Thirdly, after the above two stage crushing, the product size is very standard. In order to well grade them, we select high stability, high efficiency and multi-level vibrating screen, and then store them by block.

After one and a half month installation and commissioning, the equipments operate steadily and are highly praised by our customers.

Summary

After one month production, transportation, installation, commissioning and trial operation. Currently the equipment is steadily performed and well operated.
